CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions has entered into a share purchase agreement with Kintech Synergy and Kintech Solarbikaner to acquire 100% of the equity shares of Kintech Solarbikaner for INR 38.06 crore.
Kintech Solarbikaner was incorporated on May 31, 2023 and is engaged in renewable energy generation.
CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions stated that the acquisition of Kintech Solarbikaner Private Limited will support the company’s growth and further development of its wind-solar hybrid renewable energy capacity in the state of Gujarat.
