Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd has secured a contract for the execution of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works of a 300MW AC (420 MWp) ground-mount solar PV plant. It said the order was placed by a domestic company involved in power generation using renewable energy.
The project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2027-28.
For the nine months ended December 31, FY2026, Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a revenue of INR 2,229.03 crore, surpassing its full-year FY2025 performance and registering a YoY growth of 98.81% compared to INR 1,121.17 crore in 9M FY2025. PAT for the period stood at INR 322.93 crore, up 138.92% YoY from INR 135.16 crore.
As of Dec. 31, 2025, the company’s unexecuted EPC order book stands at 2.92 GWp, to be executed over the next 12–15 months.
