Solar solutions provider KLK Ventures has secured a contract to supply more than 2,000 solar water pumps under the Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL) program. Operating through its branch office in Shivamogga district, the company has already installed around 500 solar water pump systems across the state. The installations include systems with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, 7.5 HP, and 10 HP, catering to a wide range of agricultural needs.

“These solar water pump installations are helping farmers reduce their reliance on diesel and grid electricity, leading to lower operational costs and improved energy reliability,” stated KLK. “The project is also generating employment opportunities for local communities in Karnataka, supporting skill development and contributing to the regional economy.”

Simultaneously, KLK Ventures is expanding its operations in Goa through its branch office in Vasco da Gama. As part of its residential solar initiative, the company aims to solarize more than 1,000 households by the end of March, adding approximately 3 MW of clean energy capacity.
