GREW Solar today announced that it has secured a 550 MW repeat order to supply solar PV modules to a leading independent power producer (IPP). The company will deliver high-efficiency TOPCon modules with supplies to be completed by March 31, 2026.
Vinay Thadani, CEO and director of GREW Solar, said, “This order is a strong validation of our manufacturing strategy and execution discipline. As India advances towards its long-term vision of energy security and sustainability under the Viksit Bharat 2047 roadmap, domestic solar manufacturing will play a decisive role. At GREW Solar, we are building scale and resilience today to support the country’s renewable energy ambitions over the next two decades.”
GREW Solar said the latest 550 MW order builds on its recent momentum in securing large-scale contracts, reflecting growing acceptance of its manufacturing depth and delivery reliability among project developers.
Founded in 2022 and backed by the Chiripal Group, GREW Solar commissioned 1.2 GW of PV module manufacturing capacity at its Dudu facility in Rajasthan in its first year of operations. By 2025, GREW Solar scaled its operational capacity to 3 GW, delivering high-efficiency M10 TOPCon modules of up to 590 Wp.
The company is currently expanding its Dudu facility to 11 GW and plans to establish a 3 GW solar PV cell plant at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, followed by an expansion to 8 GW by end-2026, enabling backward integration.
