Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL), the EPC arm of the Waaree Group, reported its highest-ever third-quarter revenue of INR 851.06 crore for Q3 FY2026, marking a 136.18% year-on-year (YoY) increase from INR 360.35 crore in Q3 FY2025.
EBITDA rose 120.79% YoY to INR 158.80 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 124.74% YoY to INR 120.19 crore.
For the nine months ended December 31, FY2026, the company reported revenue of INR 2,229.03 crore, surpassing its full-year FY2025 performance and registering a YoY growth of 98.81% compared to INR 1,121.17 crore in 9M FY2025. PAT for the period stood at INR 322.93 crore, up 138.92% YoY from INR 135.16 crore.
The company’s unexecuted EPC order book stands at 2.92 GWp, to be executed over the next 12–15 months, while its bidding pipeline remains strong at 29 GWp.
Manmohan Sharma, CFO, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, said, “With an unexecuted EPC order book of 2.92 GWp, WRTL is well positioned to deliver large-scale solar projects while ensuring long-term performance through integrated O&M services. India’s energy transition is not only about expanding capacity, but also about embedding resilience and efficiency.”
He added, “We have strengthened our financial position through a focus on operational efficiency and prudent capital allocation. We remain committed to maintaining healthy cash flows, conservative leverage, and strong governance standards.”
