Saatvik Green secures INR 13.80 crore solar module supply order

Saatvik Green Energy Ltd announced today that its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has secured an order worth INR 13.80 crore from a reputed private-sector power producer and EPC company for the supply of solar PV modules. The order is scheduled to be executed by February 2026.

The latest contract adds to Saatvik Green Energy’s recent order wins. These include its subsidiary Saatvik Cleantech EPC securing an INR 20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC contract, a significant INR 486 crore solar module supply order from a leading independent power producer (IPP) and EPC player, and solar pump orders totaling approximately INR 30.24 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under the PM-KUSUM scheme.

On the manufacturing front, Saatvik has commissioned a 2 GW in-house ethylene propylene elastomer (EPE) film manufacturing facility, strengthening its vertical integration and supporting the government’s Make in India initiative.

Founded in 2015, Saatvik Green Energy offers end-to-end solutions across solar manufacturing and project deployment, serving utility-scale, commercial, residential, and agricultural segments. The company operates a 4.8 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana, and is developing a greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha with planned capacities of 4 GW for modules and 4.8 GW for solar cells.
