Waaree Energies Ltd has secured a 300MW solar module supply order from Sembcorp Green Infra (Sembcorp).

Under this contract, Waaree will supply its advanced G12R TOPCon dual-glass bifacial modules for Sembcorp’s large-scale solar projects in Rajasthan.

Waaree stated its G12R TOPCon bifacial modules offer multiple advantages for utility-scale developers, including high bifaciality for improved energy yield, excellent low-light and high-temperature performance, robust durability through dual-glass construction, and lower LCOE for large renewable portfolios.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Waaree operates advanced manufacturing facilities with a total solar PV module capacity of~22.3 GW worldwide and a solar cell capacity of up to 5.4 GW. With a strong footprint across India and over 25 countries, it offers a comprehensive portfolio spanning solar panels and inverters manufacturing, EPC services, green hydrogen solutions, battery energy storage systems, green energy infrastructure, and data centres.
