Waaree Energies Ltd today announced that it has secured an order from AMPIN Energy Transition, one of India’s leading renewable energy developers, to supply 350 MW of high-efficiency TOPCon G12R modules. These modules will be deployed across AMPIN’s upcoming solar projects at multiple locations throughout India.
Waaree stated that this is a repeat order and includes the 210 MW order received from AMPIN Energy in October 2025, underscoring the continued confidence and trust of the client.
The delivery of the modules is scheduled to be completed by March 2026, supporting AMPIN’s ambitious project pipeline.
Pinaki Bhattacharyya, Founder, MD & CEO, AMPIN Energy Transition, said: “Our partnership with Waaree reinforces AMPIN’s strategy of deploying high-performance, future-ready solar technologies for our customers. As we scale our renewable energy portfolio across the country, we rely on partners who can deliver superior technology, strong manufacturing capabilities, and timely execution. Waaree’s G12R modules align perfectly with our quality benchmarks and long-term sustainability goals.”
Waaree’s G12R modules, built on advanced TOPCon technology, offer higher energy density, superior bifaciality, improved performance across diverse climatic conditions, optimized LCOE for utility-scale projects, and robust quality backed by Waaree’s global testing standards.
Sunil Rathi, Executive Director, Waaree said: “Our G12R modules are engineered for higher energy yield, excellent low-light performance, and long-term reliability- key factors for utility-scale and C&I developers. This order further strengthens Waaree’s relationship with one of India’s most forward-looking IPPs and underscores the trust leading developers place in our technology and manufacturing excellence.”
