RenewSys signs 1.1 GW POE encapsulant supply deal with Kosol Energie

RenewSys India, an integrated manufacturer of solar PV components, has signed a 1.1 GW supply agreement with PV module manufacturer Kosol Energie for its high-performance POE (polyolefin elastomer) encapsulants.

Under the agreement, RenewSys will supply POE encapsulants to Kosol Energie over a ten-month period from December 2025 to September 2026, supporting the production of advanced, high-efficiency solar modules at Kosol’s state-of-the-art facilities.

“Our 1.1 GW agreement with Kosol Energie reaffirms RenewSys’s leadership in providing high-quality, India-made encapsulants that meet global performance standards,” said Avinash Hiranandani, Managing Director, RenewSys India. “We are proud to play a role in building a self-reliant and sustainable solar component supply chain that supports India’s transition to clean energy.”

Kalpesh Kalthia, Managing Director, Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd., added: “This partnership with RenewSys ensures that Kosol continues to deliver solar products built with the highest-grade, PV components. RenewSys’s proven POE technology complements our focus on quality, reliability, and long-term performance, enabling us to meet the growing demand for efficient solar solutions in India and beyond.”
