Urja Global Ltd, a solar EPC, EV, and battery solutions provider, has signed a joint venture agreement with Solarmint Energies Pvt Ltd (formerly Sun N Sand Exim India Pvt Ltd) for solar module manufacturing and sales. Under the agreement, both companies will form a strategic joint venture focused on manufacturing, branding, marketing, and nationwide distribution of solar PV modules under the URJA brand.
Under the agreement, Solarmint will leverage its manufacturing expertise to produce URJA-branded solar panels, while Urja Global markets, sells, and distributes the panels nationwide through its established market network and brand presence.
The agreement is valid for three years and may be renewed or extended upon mutual consent.
