SAEL plans INR 4,575 crore IPO; files draft papers with SEBI

SAEL Industries Ltd, a private-sector renewable power producer with in-house solar module manufacturing, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise up to INR 4,575 crore through initial public offerings.

The total offer size comprises fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 3,750 crore and offer for sale by selling shareholders aggregating up to INR 825 crore.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

ICICI Securities Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd, JM Financial Ltd and Ambit Pvt Ltd are the book running lead managers to the issue.
