AMPIN Energy Transition has commissioned the first phase (30 MWp) of its 75 MWp commercial and industrial solar plant in Sirsa district of Haryana—marking the company’s first solar open access project in the state. Spanning 196 acres in village Kuranganwali, the plant will enable eight C&I customers (including Munjal Kiriu, JK Cement, and Polymed) to replace up to 40% of their conventional power consumption, enabling significant cost savings and sustainability benefits.
The plant is equipped with high-efficiency 580 Wp ALMM-approved modules and a mix of central and string inverters for optimal performance and energy yield. It is expected to generate 116 million units of clean energy annually, offsetting 85,000 metric tonnes of CO₂ per year.
