Jaipur-based solar module manufacturer Insolation Energy Ltd (INA Solar) has announced that its subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has incorporated four new wholly owned subsidiaries for the purpose of setting up solar power plants. The newly formed entities—DEGP Green Infra, MJEV Green Infra, EGPN Green Infra, and PHDJ Green Infra—are created as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for the development of solar power plants across India.
The SPVs will focus on solar power plant development, design, supply, installation, comprehensive operation and maintenance, and consultancy of any renewable energy power plants, with focus on rooftop solar projects.
