Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL), a solar EPC company under Waaree Energies, has announced that it has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of an 870 MW AC (1,218 MWp) grid-connected ground-mounted solar power project.
The project has been awarded by Waaree Forever Energies Pvt Ltd, a fellow subsidiary of Waaree Energies.
The scope of work also includes the construction of a 33kV/400kV substation, associated transmission line works, and two years of operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
The total project value is approximately INR 1,252.43 crore (excluding taxes) and is scheduled for completion in the financial year 2026–27.
