In a stock exchange filing, Insolation Energy announced today that its subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has commenced commercial operations at its new 3 GW PV module manufacturing plant in Rajasthan. The facility is located along the Delhi-Ajmer Expressway, in Sawarda village of Jaipur district.
This development aligns with the planned capital expenditure for Insolation Green Energy. With the commissioning of this facility, the INA Group’s total operational PV module manufacturing capacity now stands at 4 GW — all situated in Rajasthan.
Insolation is also developing a new integrated facility in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, with planned capacities of 4 GW for solar modules, 3 GW for solar cells, and 54,000 metric tons for aluminium frames. The company has already secured land possession and machinery for this upcoming project.
