Alpex Solar Ltd today announced its un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net profit after tax (PAT) for Q1 rose to INR 42.29 crore, a stellar 3,890% increase over INR 1.06 crore in the same period last year. The company’s revenue from operations climbed 395% YoY to INR 380.32 crore, while total income rose 397% to INR 382.58 crore, driven by strong module sales and higher realisations.
EBITDA for the quarter reached INR 57.39 crore, marking a 1,058% year-on-year rise, while profit before tax surged 3,753% to INR 57.40 crore. Basic earnings per share stood at INR 17.28, compared with INR 0.43 in Q1 FY25.
In line with its strategic growth roadmap, the Board has also approved a new 1.2 GW solar-module manufacturing facility at Kosi Kotwan, Uttar Pradesh, at an investment of INR 110 crore. Upon commissioning in FY 2026-27, the additional line will take Alpex’s total capacity to 3.6 GW, comprising 1.2 GW already operational and 1.2 GW scheduled within FY 2025-26.
Looking ahead, Alpex Solar expects to sustain its rapid growth trajectory, underpinned by a strong order book, favourable government incentives for renewable energy, increasing global demand for clean energy solutions and continued improvements in module efficiencies.
