Raminfo Ltd, a technology solutions provider, has secured a rooftop solar order worth INR 474 crore from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corp. Ltd (RRECL) through a consortium led by the company.
The project involves the design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and 25-year comprehensive operation and maintenance of rooftop solar systems with a total capacity of 73 MW. These systems will be installed on buildings owned by the Rajasthan State Government and its undertakings under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
L. Srinath Reddy, managing director of Raminfo, stated that the company will hold a 51% stake in the project through its special purpose vehicle (SPV), Raminfo Green Energy, which will execute the work.
Raminfo entered the energy sector with the incorporation of Raminfo Green Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary, on May 5, 2025. The subsidiary operates in the electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply sector, aiming to promote sustainability through solar energy.
