Indosolar Ltd’s equity shares will resume trading on the stock exchanges from Thursday, June 19, 2025. The shares will be listed under the ‘T’ Group of Securities and will trade under the scrip ID WAAREEINDO.
The relisting follows approval from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on June 17, 2025. The stock will be part of the special pre-open session for IPO and other category scrips, as per SEBI’s circular dated January 20, 2012.
Indosolar, now acquired by Waaree Energies, had earlier faced insolvency proceedings initiated by lenders in October 2018 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, due to heavy financial losses. Post its acquisition, the company has reported a net profit of INR 55 crore in FY 2025, compared to a loss of INR 15.44 crore in FY 2024.
To meet minimum public shareholding norms, Waaree Energies recently sold 1.15% of its stake in Indosolar through an Offer for Sale (OFS).
