INA Solar has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with China-based SC Exact Equipment for a 3 GW turnkey solar cell line at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.
The manufacturer is setting up a 4 GW solar module line, 3 GW cell line and 54,000 metric ton aluminium frame capacity in Narmadapuram, where it has already secured possession of the land.
The company expects to start construction by Q1 FY26 and begin operations of its 3 GW solar cell line by H1 FY27.
INA Solar produces mono PERC and TOPCon n-type modules from its facility in Rajasthan with a capacity of 950 MW. It is setting up a 3 GW solar module line in Jaipur. The company expects to operationalize it within next four to six weeks.
