Avaada Electro, the solar manufacturing arm of the Avaada Group, announced today that its advanced Butibori facility in Nagpur, Maharashtra, has been included in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s (MNRE) Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM).

The ALMM listing includes Avaada’s glass-to-glass G12 modules (up to 720 Wp) and G12R modules (up to 630 Wp).

Avaada Electro stated its Butibori plant, equipped with self-adaptive AI-integrated production lines and a smart energy management system, operates at a Takt time of just 16 seconds. The facility is set to scale to 7 GW capacity by next month.

Avaada Electro has already begun commercial production of its BIS-certified n-type TOPCon modules in 720 Wp and 630 Wp variants with an efficiency of up to 23.32%. While 595 Wp, 600 Wp and 605 Wp TOPCon modules are shipped from Avaada’s fully operational Dadri facility, 720 Wp modules are being dispatched from Nagpur. The Dadri facility runs entirely on green power and employs AI-driven defect detection systems, cloud computing, and real-time energy analytics to reduce environmental impact.

The company plans to scale to 12 GW of solar module and cell manufacturing capacity by the next financial year. It is building a fully integrated ecosystem that will span the full solar value chain—from ingots and wafers to glass, encapsulants, and packaging.
