Waaree Energies Board of Directors approves acquisition of Kamath Transformers, Green New Delhi Forever Energy

Waaree Energies announced this week that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of Kamath Transformers by the company. The Board also approved the acquisition of Green New Delhi Forever Energy by Waaree Forever Energies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies.

Kamath Transformers, a manufacturer of transformers, was acquired as part of Waaree’s business expansion strategy.

Green New Delhi Forever Energy, an independent power producer (IPP), was acquired solely to facilitate and manage specific power projects under the IPP framework, according to Waaree Energies.
