JSW Energy, a private-sector power producer in India with diversified assets in power generation and transmission, has reported a total revenue of INR 12,639 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, a 6% increase year-on-year (YoY) from INR 11,941 crore in FY 2024. Profit after tax (PAT) increased by 13% YoY to INR 1,951 crore.
Total revenue for Q4 FY 2025 increased by 21% YoY to INR 3,497 crore. PAT increased 16% YoY from INR 351 crore in Q4 FY24 to INR 408 crore in Q4 FY25.
The company surpassed its milestone of 10 GW power generation capacity by adding 3.6 GW capacity in FY25 (up 50% YoY) and reaching 10.9 GW installed capacity as of March 31, 2025. Now, under its revised 2030 target, it targets 30 GW of power generation capacity and 40 GWh of energy storage, up from the previous goal of 20 GW generation capacity.
