Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL), an arm of Adani Enterprises, has reported a total income of INR 14,236 crore in FY 2024-25, 63% up from INR 8,741 crore in FY 2024. Profit before tax rose 110% year-on-year to INR 3,958 crore.
ANIL is building a fully integrated green hydrogen ecosystem comprising RE component manufacturing (across wind, solar, electrolyzer, etc), hydrogen generation and downstream products in Mundra, Gujarat.
The company’s solar module sales in FY 2025 increased by 59% year-on-year to 4,263 MW (2,540 MW domestic and 1,723 MW export).
As of March 31, 2025, ANIL has operationalized 4 GW of annual solar cell and module manufacturing capacity, which includes 2 GW TOPCon and 2 GW mono PERC. Additionally, it has 2 GW of ingot and wafer capacity operational.
The company has begun construction of an additional 6 GW TOPCon cell and module line with financial closure secured for INR 5,500 crore.
