Avaada Electro enters ALMM-II list with TOPCon solar cells featuring up to 26.3% efficiency

Avaada Electro Ltd has secured inclusion in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s (MNRE) Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) List-II for its TOPCon solar cells, marking a milestone in the company’s domestic manufacturing expansion.

The approved manufacturing capacity stands at 610 MW per year and covers G12 half-cut (210 mm × 105 mm) and G12 full-cell (210 mm × 210 mm) formats with 18-busbar designs.

The approved half-cut cells are rated at 24.5% to 26.3% efficiency, with power outputs ranging from 5.40 W to 5.80 W. The full-cell variants offer the same 24.5% to 26.3% efficiency range, with power outputs ranging from 10.80 W to 11.60 W.
