Waaree Renewable Technologies completes acquisition of majority stake in Associated Power Structures

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WRTL), the renewable energy EPC arm of Waaree Energies, has completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd (APSPL), making the company its subsidiary.

WRTL had signed a share purchase and subscription agreement in May 2026 to acquire the majority stake in APSPL for INR 1,225 crore.

Associated Power Structures is a power transmission and telecom infrastructure EPC services provider with in-house manufacturing facilities for lattice towers and steel structures.

In the latest stock exchange filing, Waaree Renewable Technologies said it has acquired 55% equity shares of APSPL through the allotment of shares under the primary acquisition and transfer of shares under the secondary acquisition. Following the completion of this acquisition, APSPL has become a subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd.
