Larsen & Toubro has elevated Subramanian Sarma, who has been whole-time director and senior EVP for Energy, to whole-time director and president, Energy, with immediate effect. Sarma will continue with his current responsibilities in hydrocarbon, power, and green manufacturing and development businesses.
Larsen & Toubro also announced the promotion of R Shankar Raman, who has been senior EVP, whole-time director and CFO, to president, whole-time director and CFO with immediate effect.
Gensol Engineering, a solar power EPC and electric mobility solutions provider, has appointed Rajesh Jain as a new independent director to the company’s board of directors. Jain is currently the member of the Governance Council and Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Shiv Nadar Foundation.
