Waaree Energies secures 1 GW solar module order

Waaree Energies Ltd, India’s largest solar module manufacturing company with capacity of 13.3 GW, announced that it has secured an order to supply 1 GW of solar modules to a renowned developer.

Waaree will supply its TOPCon 580Wp bifacial glass modules. The module delivery is to be made in calendar year 2025.

Acknowledged as a Tier 1 solar module manufacturer by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), Waaree operates a NABL-accredited testing lab. It has an installed capacity of ~13.3GW for solar PV modules (including 1.3 GW of Indosolar). With presence across India and 25+ countries worldwide, it offers solutions such as panel manufacturing, EPC services, project development, and rooftop systems.
