Premier Energies has showcased its n-type TOPCon bifacial solar modules based on 10-busbar, 182mm cells. The modules are available in power outputs of 555 W to 590 W with efficiency up to 22.83%, respectively.
The modules are built with 144 half-cells. These feature 3.2mm, high-transmission, tempered glass as the front cover and a high transparent backsheet. The modules’ temperature coefficient of Pmax is -0.30% per degree celsius.
The modules have dimensions of 2,278 (±2) mm x1,134 (±2) mm x 35 (±1) mm and weigh 28 (±3%) kg.
