Shakti Pumps secures INR 293 crore solar pumps contract

Shakti Pumps (India) has secured a contract to supply, install, and commission 10,000 solar water pumps in Uttar Pradesh under the PM- KUSUM III scheme

Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd has received a Letter of Award from the Department of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, to deploy 10,000 solar water pumps under component B of the PM- KUSUM III scheme. 

The total contract value is around INR 293 crore ($35.3 million).

Shakti Pumps’ scope of work includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar water pumping systems.

The project completion period is 90 days from the issue of the work order.
