Chinese authorities suspend 18.33 GW ingot expansion over 3-for-1 capacity requirement Chinese manufacturer Yunnan Yuze New Energy has been told it must retire existing PV manufacturing facilities equivalent to three times the new capacity it plans to add in Yunnan province, as local authorities move to curb overcapacity.
