Himadri Speciality Chemical increases stake in International Battery Company to 20.47% Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (Himadri) has invested an additional $0.66 million in International Battery Co, Inc. (IBC), a US-based technology developer and manufacturer of chemistry-agnostic prismatic Lithium-ion (Li-ion) cells. With the latest investment, Himadri’s aggregated stake has increased to 20.47% on a fully diluted basis.
