BHEL tenders BOS for NTPC’s 100 MW (AC) floating solar plant

Bids are invited for supply, installation and commissioning of balance-of-system (BOS) items for NTPC’s 100 MW (AC) grid-connected floating solar plant in Telangana. Bidding closes on April 27.

SECI extends deadline for 81 MW SCCL projects

The Solar Energy Corporation of India has extended the bid submission deadline for 34 MW (AC) ground based, 32 MW (AC) over-burden dump based and 15 MW (AC) floating solar plants at Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) sites in Telangana state.

Mahindra Renewables completes sale of solar arm to CLP India

CLP India acquired Mahindra Renewables’ complete stake in Divine Solren for Rs 124.47 crore. Divine Solren is a special purpose vehicle formed by the Mahindra group to set up a 50 MW solar plant in Adilabad district of Telangana. The plant was commissioned in 2017.

SCCL tenders 15 MW (AC) grid-interactive floating solar

May 4 is the deadline to submit bids for the solar capacity which shall come up at the state-owned coal miner’s Singareni Thermal Power Plant storage reservoir (10 MW) and Dorli open-cast project void (5 MW) in Telangana.

SECI invites queries online as pre-bid meetings get cancelled

Prospective bidders for 34 MW solar project in Telangana and 14 MW solar plus storage project in Ladakh have been asked to submit any queries online as pre-bid meetings get cancelled due to Covid-19 lockdown. Further, bidding deadline for Ladakh project has been revised to June 1.

SECI tenders another 32 MW (AC) solar projects for SCCL

The solar panels shall be installed on the coal miner’s over burden (OB) dump at Ramagundam (22 MW) and Dorli (10 MW) sites in Peddapalli district of Telangana. Bidding closes on April 22.

SECI tenders 34 MW (AC) solar projects for SCCL in Telangana

The grid-connected, ground-mounted projects—to be set on turnkey basis—shall come up at Chennur (11 MW) and Kothagudam (23 MW) sites of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). Bids can be submitted till April 20.

Mahindra Renewables to sell 3 solar arms to CLP India

Cleansolar Renewable Energy, Divine Solren and Neo Solren—all of which were formed to set up and operate solar plants in Telangana—would be sold for around Rs 340 crore. The transaction is expected to be completed by May 31, 2020.

Renewable energy: 7,592 MW commissioned in first nine months of the fiscal year

Capacity additions for the current fiscal year are set to exceed the previous accounting period’s 8,532 MW. With Rs405 billion invested in clean energy in the last fiscal year, spending in the first nine months of 2019-20 has been estimated at Rs367 billion.

NTPC tenders operation and maintenance of 10 MWp solar plant

February 10 is the last date to submit bids for the plant at NTPC-Ramagundam Super Thermal Power Station in Karim Nagar district of Telangana. Bids will open on February 11.
