Onix Renewable commissions 115 MW of solar capacity under PM-KUSUM scheme

Onix Renewable Ltd has commissioned 115 MW of solar capacity under PM-KUSUM scheme across multiple project sites in Gujarat.

The company said it is developing a total of 187 MW of solar projects spread across 60 locations in the state. The remaining capacity is progressing well and currently under construction, testing, and commissioning.

The PM-KUSUM (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan) scheme aims to promote decentralized solar power generation and provide additional income opportunities for farmers through renewable energy deployment.

According to Onix Renewable, the commissioned projects form part of its broader PM-KUSUM portfolio in Gujarat.

Onix Renewable also announced that it received first prize at the Vibrant Gujarat 2026 Conference for commissioning the highest number of PM-KUSUM project locations in the state.
